My brother and sister-in-law gave me this old secretary desk and I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT. If you follow me on Instagram, I shared it moons ago. Then, I shared it again recently because I was tagged to share a #trashure. I’ve always seen secretary desks out and about but, if I ever saw them at thrift stores or sales, it always seemed too pricey just for me to want to have a pretty thing. Either that or it was so cheap it meant I’d have to rebuild the entire thing. They knew I’d love it, transform it, and use it. Custom DIY 3 Tiered MCM Themed End Table (Free Engineering Sized Printable)

Sometimes it’s tricky finding the right piece of furniture to fit in a certain space and our smallish house is no exception. We don’t have a coffee table due to size constraints so there isn’t a good, close spot to put the TV remote or set a cold one while relaxing on the couch.
