I’ve always gotten a little stressed when I think about somehow making a sign. With all the ways you can DIY your own saying onto wood, I’ve never found one that put my mind at ease and made me feel like I could actually do it. I’m pretty sure I’ve said before I don’t really feel like I have a home decor style. My house, while it does seem to have a look, I just don’t know what the look is. Refurbished Secretary Desk

My brother and sister-in-law gave me this old secretary desk and I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT. If you follow me on Instagram, I shared it moons ago. Then, I shared it again recently because I was tagged to share a #trashure. I’ve always seen secretary desks out and about but, if I ever saw them at thrift stores or sales, it always seemed too pricey just for me to want to have a pretty thing. Either that or it was so cheap it meant I’d have to rebuild the entire thing. They knew I’d love it, transform it, and use it.
