I found this old vintage Cosco stool at an estate sale and gave them a whopping 3 bucks for it. I actually tried to sell it at one point but, I guess no one was in the market for a beat up, horribly painted, dull stool. Being a DIYer I have dreams of building a piece of furniture from scratch and for whatever reason, it hasn’t really happened yet. At least not in the areas I’d like. I think our house is perfect really since it’s small and would need more customized pieces to fit throughout. My favorite this week by, Abbotts at Home has me drooling. This small 2 drawer wooden box has been in my garage for too long. I brought it out one day and did indeed knock it out. Sure, it took me a few days because I have other responsibilities to attend to but, I made sure I always went right back to it because I wanted it done. Nothing is worse than having a half completed project waiting for you to return to it. At least for me. Unfortunately I have plenty of half finished projects to attend to.
